Hi! My name is Randy Walker. I've lived in Edinboro my entire life. I'm married to Lianne (Kennedy) Walker and we have a daughter, Hannah. I served on the General McLane School Board for ten years, the last two as President and I am a member of the Presbyterian Church in Edinboro where I am an Elder. I served two terms as a Deacon and I am active in the Bell and Chancel Choirs. Currently I am serving on the Goodell Gardens & Homestead Board as President. In my spare time I enjoy gardening. I started in this business washing cars when I was 15 years old. After graduating from Northwood University in 1982, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, I came on board full time. Hi, I'm Steve aka "Bubba". I've been an "Edinboro Townie" all my life. I'm married to Sherri and have a daughter named Allison. My hobbies include hunting and camping. I started at Walker Bros in August of 1986 working in the Service Department for two years, then I moved into the Parts Department in 1988 and worked my way to becoming the Parts Manager. A lot of people don't realize that we have or can order parts for more than just Buick's and Chevy's. We can get parts for Chevrolet, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Buick, Cadillac and GMC. Hi, my name is Marlin Byerly. I am from the Brookville, Pennsylvania area, but now reside in Erie. I am married to Sherry (Hetrick) also from Brookville and we have one son, Scott. I am a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and have served on numerous committees. My hobbies are hunting and golf, and I enjoy watching baseball and football. I graduated from Brookville Area High School in 1963, and attended Penn State (DuBois Campus) before entering the United States Air Force. I worked in the insurance business for five years prior to selling cars and trucks since 1974. I worked 17 1/2 years for Dave Hallman Chevrolet in Erie, and since 1992 here at Walker Bros Buick-Chevrolet in Edinboro. Hi ... I'm Dave Walker. I've spent most of my adult years selling and servicing some kind of machinery. It's all on account of I'm kind of a motor head. Things that go zoom have always fascinated me. I live in Fairview, PA where my wife, the English teacher, tries to maintain some sense of order amid the chaos created by her husband. We are currently adjusting to the label "empty-nesters", as our two children have each found company they would rather keep than ours. I joined the Walker Bros staff in 1995 after having spent thirty years in the John Deere business, so meeting customer needs has been a way of life for me since I was a wee lad. Curtis, my oldest son is a freshman in college where he plays on the golf team and enjoys intramural basketball. My daughter Molli Jane is twelve and very active in dance and gymnastics programs. My youngest son ,Blake is eight and in his first year of junior soccer. My hobbies include jogging and playing golf in the summer and lifting weights and attending High School Basketball games in the Winter. |

Hi. My name is Greg Beightol. Thanks for visiting our web site. I hope you find it attractive, informative and user friendly. My automotive career actually started in 1970. I would find older, "Plain Jane" cars that were mechanically sound. I would completely clean these cars, add custom wheels and nice tires and then sell them. After spending two years in the U S Army, I returned to looking for a career that I could really enjoy. I sold insurance for awhile, and kept dabbling with cars on the side. Then the local Chevrolet - Olds Dealer contacted me and suggested I stop playing in the car business and really get in the business. I've been in the business since that day. I'm a devoted family man and have been married for over thirty years. Have three children, two grandchildren and a third on the way! I enjoy basketball, baseball, football and hunting. I also enjoy music. I played in Bands for 15 years before I retired from playing but still D. J. some private parties on weekends. |

Hello! My name is Craig Walker, New Car Sales Manager and part owner of Walker Bros Buick Chevrolet. I have been a full time employee here since my graduation from college in 1975, but I guess you could say that I was born into this line of work. My formal education came from General McLane High School, Class of 1971, and Grove City College, where I majored in Accounting and minored in Business Administration. I graduated from Grove City in 1975. I have also graduated from General Motors Dealer Candidate School, and have continually upgraded my education with GM Sales and Management classes. I've spent my whole life right here in Edinboro and I'm very lucky to have a great family. I married my wife, Rhonda Powell Walker, on June 14, 1975. She also graduated from General McLane High School in 1971, and graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Edinboro University in 1975. We have three boys; Chad, Ryan, and Kevin. As a family, we enjoy roller blading, golf, baseball, basketball, water skiing, and snow skiing. Hi! My name is Rick Walker. I have lived in Edinboro all my life. Sue, my wife, has lived here all her life also. We both graduated from General McLane High School. We have four kids; Marybeth, Richard, Jill, & Michael. My hobbies are raising our kids and growing Christmas trees. I have worked at Walker Bros full time since 1974. I started out part time when I was in high school, washing cars and getting parts. After I graduated from Northwood University, I started in the Parts Department and worked there for six years. I then worked in Used Cars and Car Rentals for six years. Since then I have been Service Director, Service Manager. I have earned the Chevrolet "Only the Best Club" award the last seven years and our Service Department has been ranked in the top 10% Gold every year. Our Body Shop and Service Department have been 100% GM trained for the last six years. |

Let's try that again; Hi, I'm Tim McGrath, Service Consultant for Walker Bros Buick Chevrolet, just 35 minutes 10 seconds west of where I grew up! Yep, eastern Erie County is where I live with my wife and 10 year old son, older son and daughter are out on their own. This leaves me with a big old house to do what I really want, ... that's work out, tinker with the motorcycle and make home brew beer ... a little extra spare time goes into helping a friend with his dragster. Oh yeah, back to that work thing, I've been employed with Walker Bros since 1993. Before that I worked as a Parts Manager for another local GM dealer for about 5 years. If you would like to step back in time a little further ... I spent 6 years in a national chain of parts stores, which is this where the whole automotive thing started for me. Add that to the Master's Certificate from Buick back in 1997 and you'll see I've got you covered when it comes to understanding your vehicle; so come on into Walker Bros for your service needs and check out something else you may not have experienced before ... honesty! |
